I closed on my house while I still had 2 months left on my lease with Quail Ridge Apartments in Raleigh, NC. I decided to bite the bullet and pay rent and my mortgage since I closed a month earlier than expected.

I found a young lady whom I adored very much. We made a promise to always be friends, even if we could no longer be lovers (I know, I know, that never works).

I've been scammed by buyers on eBay/PayPal a few times the past year. Thought I would post them here so hopefully other people will not get scammed the same way I did.

Digital Cameras and MP3 Players/iPods are high crime items on the web. The following two people may or may not be working together. Why would the card holder allow people to keep stealing from them and then file monthly chargebacks?
