Which email service do you use and is it effective against spam?

Which email service do you use and is it effective against spam?
I have used Yahoo for years. But, the past several months; they keep letting spam get through. I have heard there are better spam filtered email services, but I don't know which ones. Do you?

I use both Google and Yahoo, I get lots of spam but 95% of it rests in my spam folder and 5% in my inbox. I just use the mark as spam button, and Google/Yahoo spam learning engine just does the rest from now on for that specific mail address/IP/network.
I use Google, Hotmail, and Yahoo! for webmail services. Google and Hotmail seem to be light years ahead of Yahoo! for SPAM filtering. Google and Hotmail are on about the same level as both do a very good job of catch spam, but both will gobble up good messages every now and then too. I've been disappointed with Yahoo! mail and I might just let it go.
