TV Advertised Get Rich Quick Schemes

I thought that TV advertisements were vetted by some regulatory body or other. So how is it that schemes such as the "Make $5000 a week!" make it onto our TVs?

i have not seen such things on any channels but I guess most of the get rich schemes are scams . Just be carefull with them and you`ll not get scammed.

That's something that I was thinking about as well. I wonder how these scams are able to advertise on our televisions? I also wonder if many people still fall for these, even though they are a bit outdated with the internet and all.

I think they have to have enough people complain that they have been ripped off, before they will take off the adds. That's my opinion for what it's worth any way.

As long as somewhere in the advertisement they make statements such as " this amount not typical" they are covered. The TV stations make a lot of advertising dollars by putting these ads out there, so they will do it. You have to prove that it is a scamA confidence game or other fraudulent scheme, especially for making a quick profit; . If they are offering you something for your money, it would not be hard to prove in court that you are getting your money's worth of items out of the deal.

Not that it makes it right or anything.

I think the scamA confidence game or other fraudulent scheme, especially for making a quick profit; comes from the people not the materials they are presenting. For example: why would you need to sell this program if you are making a lot of money doing what you say can be done to make the money. These people make their money from you buying the product, not from the materials in the books even though they might be able to make you some money.

By giving this type of advertisements they just try to attract people to take their product or to join their scheme.

These people just try to attract people to buy their product or to join them by giving such type of advertisements.

I once found a digital product that claimed it made money using the ways advertised on the tv and written about in entrepreneur magazine , but when I checked the forum where someone wanted a proof /excerpt of the print or a video of the tv advertisement , the owner didn't show up for weeks. It seems many product owners claim to have found a spot on television to make the product sound authentic and the ones to get advertised on tv do so to cash in on the psyche that if it has been shown on the tv , then it's true.

TV advertising has a lot of freedom for anyone who wants to advertise their products/services although behind those products is a scammer waiting for the victims to buy these things. I myself don't believe everything that is said on TV.

As was said, the TV stations makes good money, not only that butas long as you can make money from it then it is seen as workable if you apply the techniques provided.
