Tired of being slammed

I'm sure I am not the only one who's been slammed by phone companies? I don't understand how they can even get away with this but I've had charges for outside vendors show up on my phone bill multiple times. You have to call the phone company, then call and fight with the vendor and then call the phone company back yet again. Even then, sometimes the charges show up the following month and you have to do it all over again.

Yes this has unfortunately happened a few times to me. Once or twice I have had odd calls added to my bills but they have always been removed ok. One time I had calls place via roaming, FROM France. Then three minutes later I placed a call from central USA.

That one at least was easy to dispute.
