I came across this site this morning and I wasn't aware (must be something new since I has checked) that has specific tips for investment scams. For those who end up getting hit hard with these, most I see are real estate types, you can go through a quick list to see if it all really adds up.

BBB ... How good are they now. Businesses keep popping up who don't register with BBB. I'm curious as to what the percentage of businesses created and the number who register with the BBB.
