I am glad you posted this info. I am tired of buyers who have their first creditMoney loaned or the ability of an individual or company to borrow money. card filing these chargebacks every time they are not 100% satisfied with the purchase. Return the purchase for a refund instead of immediately running to your credit card company with a chargeback. Eventually this guy will get investigated by his credit card company. He had better quit crying wolf!
There needs to be a database somewhere that lists all the people who abuse the ease of filing chargebacks. People order items that have the color listed as red, but the item is really dark red. Well, the customer wanted regular red so they file a chargeback and keep the product and get their money. The chargeback process really needs to be looked at for fraudulent buyers like this one. I get it way too often which made me suspicious. I stopped selling video games because their buyers are the worse!
When a buyer files a chargeback, they should be required to send the product to the creditMoney loaned or the ability of an individual or company to borrow money. card company. Then the credit card company should send it to the seller. This way the seller gets the merchandise back to resell versus the buyer pulling the chargeback trick and keeping the product!
I agree! Post a database somewhere of everybody filing more than 1 chargeback per year! Or come up with some number that gets them posted so we can automatically check the user's credentials so I know whether I want to bother selling to them or not! I'm sick and tired of people like this ripping people off because they are hotheaded and can't read! I mean many of them can't read the description to understand what they are purchasing and file a chargeback out of anger at their stupidity!
