Samsung i730
I believe that buying the Samsung i730 from any third party user is a horrible mistake. Any Verizon Wireless phone when bought used has major problems as Verizon will refurbish them. I bought my Samsung i730 from a person who said it was lightly used.
After 3 weeks of using the phone I noticed major problems with the hardware, software, and overall feel of the slider. For one, I always thought Samsung was a good provider for phones but it turns out I was wrong. The hardware was horrible; the antenna was falling apart from just pulling it up gentlely. The slider got looser and looser and is now sliding open from gravity. The touch screen died on me in the top right corner and the bottom middle. The keyboard keys did not response well have time. The screen is a dust magnet! The list really goes on. I always thought Samsung had better build quality. For example, I had an LG and it did not have as many problems.
As for the software, it was VERY slow and unresponsive at times. The phone has frozen over 80 times since the 3 weeks and it even froze when making a phone call. The battery life is horrible and I could not get the bluetooth to work properly in pairing with a headset. The Wi-Fi and internet explorer got error messages all over the place.
No more Samusng for me.

To be honest I dislike samsung phones, they are way under Nokia and Sony Ericsson, I don`t like the desing either but this is a personal option. The samsung i730 is known to have hardware and software problems, even if it is brand knew , this is because of it`s complexity in hard and soft. I only buy brand new phones since I had big problems with 3 second hand mobiles I bought , anyway the price difference between brand new and second hand is not that much. Next time get a new one!
You need to buy a mobile very 2 years so why would any one want to buy a second hand phone ? Phones are a problem after the second year.
I think phone companies purposely build their phones to have problems down the road. They want you to ditch the phone and go buy another one so they can make more money. The Samsung is one of the worst phones I have ever owned. I have never been displeased with any LG, Nokia, or even Motorola. NEVER AGAIN am I going to buy Samsung unless they come out with something very appealing.
