Paypal disputes

I was told that anything you buy using Paypal that is not a physical item can not be disputing if you are unhappy. Is this true? What happens if you are paying for something virtual, like articles written or a moderator for your website? Buyer beware?

I have wondered this same thing. I want to start selling digital items but I have heard horror stories about PayPal and chargebacks!
