With so much attention being put on encouraging homeowners to refinance or to re-modify their mortgage loans; it would be helpful if anyone has dealings with companies that have taken advantage of those of us looking for assistance. It may help someone from making the same mistake.

I know another crazy thing going on right now is people are still trying to buy homes when the prices are so so but they want to flip them and make more. Its just not possible right now until everything recovers, scary stuff.
