Magic Jack - Does Anyone Have It?

I see the ads on television all the time about the Magic Jack. It seems like a person could really save some money with this. So, does anyone here have the Magic Jack? If so, give us a review. Like it? Don't like it? Why?

I don't know. I started investigating this and I found out some things that I don't like from it. One guy said that they don't have any sort of customer support or assistance if you find yourself having trouble hooking it up. Also you don't get a local number so if someone local wants to call you they have to call long distance. I don't think I'll do this after I investigated.

I was at Radio Shack a couple of days ago and they were actually telling a customer that they have had a lot of Magic Jacks returned. That was good enough for me, I decided not to buy.

Wow. That doesn't sound very good. I think I'll have to do a little more research before I jump into this. I just know $19.95 a year sounds really good (after the $39 purchase price, of course). I could probably put up with a lack of customer service for those savings. But like I said, I'll have to research it more before I decide.
