The problem with something like this is that it's not really a scamA confidence game or other fraudulent scheme, especially for making a quick profit; . Investing in a new company gives you no guarantees of getting your money back or increasing your investment. No investment does that. Well, if one does, then it is a scam I guess. I think this is more of a learning experience.
