Got us too! We did some service for these guys and never heard from them again until we got the bankruptcy paperwork in the mail. I hate irresponsible cowards like these guys.

I agree, if you don't know the whole situation, don't post about people. But I think these guys do know the situation if he has chosen not to pay them. And Chapter 7 Bankruptcy is the cowardly way of dealing with your debt. In a year or so, the Hilbrant guy will be back in business. Will he then offer to pay everybody he cheated by filing Chapter 7 Bankruptcy? Probably not. Actually, I know he won't.

What is great about America is we can post our opinions on great sites like this one. Hilbrant will be back in business in a year, without having to pay his debt. However, this site will be up much longer and people can come and read and judge for themselves if they want to do business with Hilbrant and his companies.

What type of business did you do with them that was great? That would be good to post as others will do business with Brian in the future.

Also, I think once he files for bankruptcy, isn't all the info posted by the OP public information anyways? I think people can go to Brian's local courthouse and get a copy of all this information.

This appears to be the same guy! Brian Hilbrant and Inifinity Partners. Looks like they sucked the Bahamas dry and ran with the money. These guys will be right back at it next year, taking people's money and services and filing bankruptcy or finding some legal crooked way of keeping people's hard earned money. Brian Hilbrant is a crook from what I see.

Looks like somebody from the Infinity Partners or Hilbrant camp has jumped in on the conversation. I was a client of Infinity Partners. You are correct, nobody held a gun to my head and forced me to do business with them. Unfortunately I trusted these guys. I even talked to Brian Hilbrant on the phone a few times and he sounded trustworthy ... SOUNDED being the keyword.

Well, I hope they get their stuff straight over at Hilbrant. I would really like to see them do honest business. If they continue down this road of deceptive business, I do hope sites like this one keep exposing them.
