E-Book of Affiliate Program

Well few days back I buaght an e-book which offer a good payouts everyweek and he provides some proofs too. When I read a whole book than I found that tricks is working but than I found that it broken terms and condition. So it was wasted money for me.

Why was it wasted money because of the broken terms and conditions? I would like to hear more about that and how it became wasted money based on this, what part of it made you think that you would not be able to gain something from it.
