Charity Solicitation Calls

I thought that charities weren't supposed to call around begging for donations-is this above board? This last week I have had four calls from the same charity wanting me to donate, and its getting bothersome.

Yeah I know what you mean. I keep getting calls in my place of business and it just sucks cause it's hard enough to hang up on telemarketers and twice as hard to tell a charity of dying children no! But then you get to thinking how do I know it's not true!?

My place of business has multiple numbers. So I have to keep telling the no for each phone line I have. Very annoying!
