Cash gifting is illegal - period!

I don't care how the site/program claims that if it is structured a certain way that it is legal or if their is an attorney's statement on site. These are lies to suck more people into the scheme. These are Ponzi schemes and as such are completely illegal in the US. Check with the Attorney General's office for your state and you will see this.

What is cash gifting? I have never heard of it. You mention that it is a Ponzi scheme, but I am not familiar with that term either.

Yeah, what the heck is cash gifting? Is that similar to those birthday gift scams? Like I send your kid a birthday gift with the promise my kid's name will be added to the list and she will receive gifts from other people on the list? So the people who get on the list near the beginning get a lot more gifts than anyone else because their names are on more lists?

Here is a good site that breaks down many of the common things people "say" or "write" or "type" to expolit those who have no idea what they are getting themselves into. This is something far more out and about that some tend to think.
