All These Scams

All These Scams

The government is concerned enough to take action against some companies offline that can be harmful to consumers but what about all the scamA confidence game or other fraudulent scheme, especially for making a quick profit; companies online. What do you think it will take for local governments and federal government to protect the people in the country. I have noticed more and more scams appearing to come from outside of the persons living country but if traced back it could be in the same country.

I have never seen them go after anyone online or off other than the gambling establishments online. So what are you referring to in particular. Please explain.

People get away with all sorts on the Web. Scams / Fraud / Porn etc - it seems to be a free playground for anyone to do what they want. It's about time there was some international agreement on Online safeguards - stop these people hiding behind flags of convenience

That would be a good thing. An international regulation on certain activities on the web. Since one country can only do so much, but having an organization handle the whole thing would be a good idea.

I like the idea of an international agreement on online safeguards. That might help with all these scams that are going on in the world.
